His presentations combine the latest research in early childhood development with more than two decades of experience as a play therapist, preschool intervention specialist, and early childhood consultant. Drawing from real-world practice, Christian helps educators translate research into meaningful strategies they can use immediately.

His workshops align with the social-emotional domains of CLASS® Pre-K, ECERS-3, and TPOT, while emphasizing relationship-based, play-centered practices that foster children's emotional development and positive behavior.
